All sales through Superhero in Disguise are final. We do not offer monetary refunds on any product or service. Below is how each type of purchase is handled if something goes wrong.

Remedies described below are provided at our discretion upon verification of the issue. We may request information or evidence — such as a description of the defect, a photo, or details about the specific inaccuracy — to confirm that a claim is valid before providing a remedy. We reserve the right to decline a remedy if a claim cannot be reasonably verified or does not reflect an actual defect, technical error, or inaccuracy.

All sales are final and non-refundable. If a technical error prevents you from receiving your Behavior Plan or check-in, contact us at info@superheroindisguise.com and we will provide access to the plan again or issue a free access code so you receive what you paid for.

If a technical error on our end prevents delivery of your plan or check-in, contact us at info@superheroindisguise.com and we will re-deliver it or provide a free access code so you receive what you paid for. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Personalized Social Stories
All sales are final and non-refundable. Each story is currently created individually for your child. If there is a verified issue with your story — such as a technical delivery problem, or a story that does not accurately reflect the information you submitted — contact us at info@superheroindisguise.com and we will provide a corrected story at no additional charge. We do not issue monetary refunds for personalized stories.

Books, Merchandise & Printables
All sales are final and non-refundable. If you receive a verified defective physical item, contact us at info@superheroindisguise.com and we will replace it at no additional charge. Refunds are not issued, but verified defective items will always be made right.
